Insurance authorization

We take your insurance information and send your plan the documents it needs to authorize an assessment.

Assessment

Once your insurance approves it, a BCBA completes the assessment.

Plan approval

We submit the assessment and the treatment plan to your insurance, then wait for them to approve the plan.

Services begin

Once the plan is approved, therapy and parent training start.

Step Up For Students: ABA services and academics

Also private pay. Covers ABA therapy, parent training, potty training, reading interventions, and academic support.
